Rosario is a highly respected financial services professional with over 30 years of experience. She began her career as a financial aid officer and later became responsible for Financial Reporting at the ACLU. In 1991 she joined CSO. She later played a critical role in starting United America Financial in 1996. As the Chief Operating Officer in charge of the daily operations of UAF, she also oversees the company’s agency development and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their financial goals.
